Wednesday
Class was Normal stretching, and exercising, I feel like i havent fought in ages and I actually miss getting kicked in the face. In an odd way it was rather fun.
Friday
Almost forgot about this thing, well TOday I just decided to run around and pick myself up a suit for the presentation for this and other things of that nature its about time for a new suit for me.
Tuesday
I worked out then came home and got my sister to take pictures of me demonstrating my beginner low block kata. It was very funny due to the fact my sister got smacked in the face during the process by a bee.
Sat morning
OK for the first time ever i had to basically go through a obstacle course and it was horrendous I had to do what they call a super trooper, it where after they work your legs for 20 minutes strait you bend on one knee so that your elbow can touch the ground then you switch over to the other knee. I HATE THEM!
