I start out with the same butterfly stretches I normally do in class and also sit and stretch my legs for flexibility, then i warm up with jumping up and down for two and a half minutes then i start my jog into downtown from Underdown ave. into town square and around it the head towards davenport woods and back onto my street. All in all its around a two mile jog. When I make it home ill rest for three minutes then ill practice my kata for around ten minutes. I do this when ever i cannot find a ride back from class, to class, or i just cant make it to class.
